Welcome to the first chapter of "Behind the Scenes", where we will be giving an inside look at what a day at the office is really like when you're on The Vanderblue Team. Written from multiple perspectives of Agents, administrative staff and the marketing department, our goal is to give a fun, creative way for others to keep up with the ever-growing Vanderblue Team, and get to know Julie Vanderblue on a personal level. Our first "Behind the Scenes" is written by Sonia Byrnes, who recently joined the team as Julie's executive assistant.
For my entry, I will write about my initial view on Julie and her real estate approach and what sets her apart. I have worked in real estate for 10 years in New York & Connecticut, as an assistant and an agent in both places. During that experience, I have come into contact with many different agents, and I can say that I have never fully understood what made the successful agents so successful. But with Julie, it was clear to me after day one. Not only is she kind and approachable, but she is passionate about her work, and seems to be constantly looking for ways to improve. She is absolutely dedicated to the client first and foremost. Her approach is to provide full service real estate solutions to her clients, which means she is always willing to take the extra step beyond the normal scope of work. She understands that no two people, no two homes are ever the same, so it is important that she customize her buying or selling plan to fit each individual. In addition, she is super creative in her thinking and has new ideas every day it seems... I think her "out of the box thinking" is what keeps her current with the ever changing industry. I have already learned so much during my time here, and am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team!
