For real estate agent Julie Vanderblue, what sets her apart from her peers is her amazing team of full-time professionals dedicated to excellence. Her best purchasing and selling skills include negotiating, effective communicating and creative marketing. She has been licensed for 20 years. Among her specialties are helping first-time buyers, relocations and those moving from urban to suburban.
The team serves all of Fairfield County and into New Haven counties. They have five offices but are headquartered in Fairfield. Others are Rowayton, Black Rock, Westport and Milford.
Vanderblue lives in a small community of Winton Park where she enjoys kayaking, skiing, hiking, playing the guitar and chilling with her three kids in her spare time. She and her husband, Thor, have been married for 22 years.
She graduated from University of Connecticut with a marketing degree. She also has several real estate certifications and is a designated community specialist where the Vanderblue group was chosen to be the exclusive town advisers for all of Fairfield County.
