We have lived at 6 Echo Drive for 40 years and consider it to be one of our greatest gifts. One of the neighborhood landmarks is a cupola on our roof that lights automatically each evening. Neighbors refer to it as the “Echo Valley Beacon”. Echo Valley is a tight-knit, family-friendly, inclusive neighborhood. As a welcoming gesture, it is our tradition to provide a neighborhood map to all new homeowners. The map provides contact information that includes the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of all residents. Taking it one step further, the list also includes the names and the ages of all the children. There are multiple activities throughout the year that give the newcomer an opportunity to become acquainted. They include block parties, holiday parties, lemonade stands, Halloween trick-or-treat parades and pumpkin carving competitions.
