The trail from mailbox to lake has been improved recently, well enough to walk it easily, and the dock is in good shape. While lake Windermere is small, it is usable for small boats and electric rafts. I doubt that anyone will complain about storing a small boat there. The stone gazebo is in very good shape though we always brought sitting cushions for our picnics there. Though it is public property, no one but the Munks ever used it. For the right family this is really a “have your cake and eat it for free” rarity. The Windermere project required a common sewage treatment facility that does not drain into the lake, barring the geese and ducks is pollution and algae free. This is a rarely found freebee.
