Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
I wanted to tell you what a wonderful experience I had working with your agent Sharon Montesanti. She is the best real estate agent that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in both my business and personal life. Sharon took a special interest in my daughter and I by going out of her way to specifically find, care about, and answer every one of my needs and questions in finding a property. Her customer service, attention to detail, and follow through were all impeccable. I have already referred her to friends, family, and colleagues because of the wonderful experience that I had with her. She has been the best part of a difficult move and I can’t wait to work with her again when it’s time to transition to my forever home.
Kim is an outstanding agent. She very effectively sold a property for me and my business partner last year. Her marketing and negotiating skills helped us obtain top dollar for our property. She has excellent communication skills and kept us informed during every part of the transaction. I would highly recommend her as a listing agent. We are also currently looking for additional properties with Kim. She contacts us immediately if she sees a property that we may be interested in. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Fairfield County.
I have several friends that are real estate agents but when I met Matt at an Open House I told him I would give him one shot at finding the perfect house. The following day he sent me three options (I had not ever seen) that fit my criteria. Hard to believe but I fell for THE house our very first day out! Of course it took several months of him suggesting other options but nothing lived up to the vision I had for the first house. Matt was responsive to my questions and was quick to show me any and all listings as well as a list of pro's and con's to every house. Matt is a local to Fairfield County and was knowledgeable about staying within my budget in all aspects (price, taxes, work needed, etc.) As far as negotiation skills go, let me just say, I am thrilled with the house we are in and feel completely comfortable with the price I paid. I would highly suggest him to anyone in the market to buy or sell.
Lori was terrific! She was on top everything from start to finish. She was very attentive and worked hard to find what we needed in a new home and find renter's for our old home. She meant above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure that the buying process kept on schedule. We couldn't have gotten this done without her.
After a long and arduous search for a home in the Town of Fairfield, Connecticut, we began working with Kim. Kim skillfully navigated us through the many twists and turns that popped-up throughout our pending purchase and brought us safely across the finish line. We don’t have enough wonderful things to say about Kim – but a good starting point is that she’s very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, patient and positive. In sum, she looks out for her clients’ best interests and gets things done. We now live in our dream home thanks to all of Kim’s efforts, and we most highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best real estate agent in the area. Kim is, and will always be, #1 in our book! Mike & Lori : )
We were referred to Dee Dee which just goes to show you that you meet the best people through referrals! After interviewing at least 3 other agents, we picked Dee Dee primarily because of her expert knowledge in the Fairfield County area and in particular, Easton.
Dee Dee taught us some very valuable lessons and anyone who reads this, I hope will benefit from the following:
1. The market will determine the price of your home. We lived in our house for 25 years, created lasting memories, installed numerous upgrades, had mature landscaping and perennial gardens. Naturally, homeowners place some intrinsic value to their homes. The market will not necessarily recognize that. Whatever the current market environment is, is how your home should be priced.
2. Take the emotional attachment out as soon as possible. The sooner you flip the switch to viewing your home as a commodity, the easier and smoother the process will go.
3. Patience. Period. This is a long process. There are many ups and downs throughout the process. Stay patient. If your house is priced well, your house will sell.
In addition to the above valuable advice, Dee Dee also provided us with some very practical advice on how to prepare our home for sale. Suggestions for de-cluttering, painting and fixing any major or minor issues will help facilitate your sale. Dee Dee is also an expert photographer which is another added bonus to her already numerous areas of expertise.
And as if the above is not enough, Dee Dee also ended up being a dual agent. She represented both us as the seller and she also represented the buyer in our transaction. She operated with the highest of ethical standards.
You will be in very professional, expert hands when working with Dee Dee and it is with pleasure to provide this review
